תיאור המקרקעין

בשלושה דרכים ניתן לתאר את המקרקעין בשטר הרישום, וניתן לשלב ביניהם:
Recorded lot, block and tract description also known as the recorded map or subdivision map
Meter and bounds description
Government survey or rectangular survey
חשוב להוסיף כי התיאור של: parcel identification , איננו רישום מספק כך גם כתובת המקרקעין של שם הרחוב ומספר איננו מספק.
